Therefore, At Amogha we recognize that one of the primary responsibilities of a professional educational institution is to build strong links with industry, commerce, other professions and bodies in arts & culture to ensure that the talents and skills of individual students are sharpened and their full potential is realised and rewarded by the world of practice.
We believe in beginning early to plan, guide and provide direction to the career path of all our students. Our robust and proactive cell works in coordination with the students inculcating in them a positive approach to work and providing them the solid backup of resources, so that they may acquire the necessary skills and vision to excel in their dream job.

Amogha is proud to declare that it has been able to assist all it’s students to get jobs immediately after completion of their studies at amogha. In fact some students have been able to get jobs even before completion of their studies.

The students are given opportunity to earn while they learn. This process makes a powerful and long lasting impact on the students by exposing them to the needs of the industry and at the same time inculcates immense confidence and pride in them. It helps them to work while they learn and emerge as highly qualified professionals.

CAREER GUIDANCE CELL : Defining Directions
Teenage is confusing. The study years are an important step toward discovering oneself and the contribution one can make to the world around us. Choosing a career is a major decision and an incorrect one can lead to frustration. By the time this realization dawns upon us, crucial years are already wasted.

Today there is a great need to guide and create awareness among students about the changing world scenario, its impact on the Indian economy and on job opportunities. Thus Amogha has set up an independent Career Guidance Cell which keeps itself updated with the latest international and national industry trends and the changing market scenario. It gives guidance to students about the choices for global careers. It is committed to guide young minds by helping them understand their strengths and weaknesses and also by providing them with requisite know-how of the emerging trends.

INTERACTION WITH INDUSTRY :
Amogha assists students in developing an awareness of cutting edge careers by organizing guest lectures, panel discussions, conferences and workshops from time to time. In addition, Amogha has strong links with prominent industrial groups which generate valuable synergy between students and corporate organizations. The Institute organizes numerous industrial visits and field trips to students of various disciplines.

GUIDANCE TUTORS :
NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS At Amogha all Tutors also act as Guidance Tutors. The concept of a Guidance Tutors, which is not new, is that of a friend, philosopher and guide. All students are assigned Guidance Tutors who monitor their academic progression and personal development. These sessions address issues of both personal and social importance like peer pressure, time management, performance, anxiety, abuse, drugs, alcohol and sexuality. This interactive platform significantly enhances the introspective and problem solving abilities of the students thus leading them towards greater self-reliance in the learning process.
